Previously running Iambi Hospital Project has taken a temporary halt because of the changes in administration and the original agreement under which the Five Year Plan of Iambi Hospital Project was undertaken by IHP-TZ. When a new agreement has been formed and the situation has progressed satisfactory, IHP-TZ will resume its renovation.
When working for Iambi Hospital project, the founders of IHP-TZ were overwhelmed by the number of people who wanted to help to improve the health care system in Tanzania! They recognised the huge problems that Tanzania faces especially with the highest incidence of both HIV/AIDS and poverty!
